Activities and programmes which complement academic learning, fuel student learning and build important life skills that enrich the student’s academic experience.

Yoga & Meditation

Holistic well-being of students through Yoga & Meditation classes is our priority. Led by experienced instructors, these sessions provide a serene escape from the academic rigour, that allows students to explore mindfulness, relaxation, and physical wellness.

By integrating yoga and meditation into the curriculum, we aim to instill lifelong practices that enhance focus, reduce stress, and promote a healthy lifestyle. This serenity helps students to flourish academically and personally, by finding balance and resilience in their educational journey.

Bal Vikas

Bal Vikas (Child Development) classes, conducted by Sri Satya Sai Baba Samiti, play a pivotal role in nurturing the moral values in students. Led by dedicated instructors, these sessions focus on character building, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.

Through engaging activities and discussions, we aim to instill essential life values and social responsibility in students. This enables students to be empathetic and compassionate in life.

Bhagavad Gita

Grade 3 to 5 The innate talents and abilities of the students are harnessed to develop them into Lifelong learners and Global Leaders. The transition is from play based learning to formal but interactive classroom learning.
The Curriculum lays a good ground work across subjects including LSRW, physical education, art, languages, Science and Mathematics

Vocabulary

Good communication skills help students to participate in class, enhance learning that leads to better academic performance. Focus of these classes is on public speaking, articulation, confidence and interpersonal communication. The facilitator ensures that students emerge as confident speakers.

 

Basketball

Basketball is a great workout that helps to build endurance, improve balance and coordination, develop concentration, teamwork and self-discipline. Led by an experienced coach these sessions focus on techniques, agility and healthy competition.

Music

Music classes are designed to cultivate a love for the art. Guided by a talented music educator, these sessions explore various musical genres, offer students opportunities to express themselves creatively and refine their musical talent. With collaborative performances, we aim to nurture not only musical proficiency but also teamwork and self-expression.

 

Life Skills

Learning life skills helps young people understand who they are and what they want out of life. The sessions conducted by a life skill instructor, students benefit to deal with emotions, face problems and overcome critical situations in life. Interactive sessions and activities equip students with practical skills necessary for success.
